PRAYER OF THE LEAST COIN

 O Loving Creator, we present ourselves in your divine presence to thank you for all the beautiful gifts of life. We are especially grateful for the Fellowship of the Least Coin, which binds up together in love and forgiveness around the globe. Free us from all doubts and prejudices, we pray. Inspire us to live solidarity with humankind that we may know the joy of giving and receiving.

Dear God, accept this least coin "token of Love". Make us mindful of the miracles of these coins. Let us honor your creation with love, as shown through the life and resurrection of your Son, Jesus the Christ. Amen


UCW Prayer Shawl Ministry was started in 2012 and has been well received. To date, we have given out 46 shawls. If you have some one who is sick, grieving or just needing the comfort of a prayer shawl please call Donna Worden or Judy Marsh . Anyone wishing to knit or crochet is most welcome.

The U.C.W group of women are actively participating and organizing many events not only within the church, but the community as well. Their annual Irish stew and fall suppers raise money that is donated right back into our community by helping organizations in need. Other seasonal activities such as Mother's Day tea at Bonnylodge and the always delicious Cookie Walk hosted at Christmas, get the community involved in their mission of giving. This caring group gathers together with helping hands and giving hearts to serve God and their community.
